M & M Leisure
in 1978, Suffolk based M & M Leisure is now one of the most highly
regarded outdoors leisure retailers and caravanning specialists
in the United Kingdom. Interest in trailer caravans and motor
homes has soared since the millennium and recent figures indicate
that caravanning is now the UK's most popular form of domestic
tourism. With this in mind, Haverhill's M & M Leisure felt a fresh
look was timely and appropriate.
M & M Leisure came to us seeking a modern, relevant and engaging
new image. Having taken the decision to venture online, they also
required a strong web presence in the form of an ecommerce site.
Our brief included creating an online marketing and communications
strategy in order to raise awareness of the new brand.
simplicity as a keynote we developed an identity that directly
references the iconic appeal of the caravan. The logo - a retro-chic
rendering of the traditional caravan shape with its sweeping organic
lines - is a celebration of the industry's heritage with a contemporary
twist. It's lively and eye catching. The hint of forward movement
reflects the buoyancy of the industry and the vitality and spirited
direction of Graham and his team.
The new brand successfully translates through to the company's
new e-commerce site which we built using our own SiteWise software.
The site, which acts as an industry information hub as well as
a retail environment, provides a rewarding interactive experience
that helps capture and hold customers' attention. As it incorporates
a content management system, the client is able to adjust and
edit content as appropriate - in seconds - in response to changing
customer demands or market conditions.
Our online marketing strategy is already reaping dividends for
the company in terms of Search Engine Ratings and commercial results;
these have far surpassed client expectations.
