The method for installing Email Stationery for Outlook differs depending on whether you are using Outlook or Outlook Express.

 

 

The folder the Stationery files must be copied to is :

 

C:Program FilesCommon FilesMicrosoft SharedStationery

 

 

 

Setting the Stationery to be the Default

 

You can choose to use the stationery for all new emails by setting it as the default :

Cllick : Tools>Options>Compose>Stationery>Mail>Browse>Apply>OK.
